Appointment taken on time. Receptionist very pleasant as was Emma. Emma emailed the latest leaflet on blepharitis to me for info. Which was appreciated. On this occasion Emma advised me my prescription had not changed significantly enough for new glasses. No " hard sell". Would recommend opticians to friends and family.
